Shenzhen Futian Asta Hotel

Great location, near Hong Kong border and Metro station. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Comfy rooms and good amenities. Helpful staff, earlier check-in and extended check-out. Clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, free gym.

Hotel location was within short walking distance to shuiwei shangye buxingjie. We found Yipin Hong Chuancai to dine in 500 feet from the venue. Futian is a district that deserves exploring. Free WiFi was working perfectly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Coco Park shopping centre, making it easy to explore and shop. Additionally, it is situated near the exhibition center, making it a great choice for business travelers. However, one downside is that it can be difficult to find a taxi in that area. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The bathrooms are well-designed, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff is helpful and cooperative, going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers free parking for 24 hours, and has a reliable wifi connection and a well-equipped gym.

The hotel lacks English-speaking staff, which can sometimes make communication difficult for non-Chinese speaking guests.

English speaking Hotel Staff is a MUST!

Luxurious rooms with comfortable beds and great amenities. the hotel is conveniently located close to popular attractions and the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the buffet breakfast was satisfying and had a good selection of dishes.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was ruined by some major flaws. the bathroom design was poor, with no shower curtain and a small bathtub that was difficult to use.

We recently stayed at a 5, star hotel in Shenzhen and were incredibly pleased with the luxurious amenities provided. the room was simply stunning and exceeded our expectations with its private balcony, high, quality linens, and plush bathrobes. the exclusive bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. the service was impeccable and always made us feel welcome.

Despite the wonderful experience we had, there was just a minor issue that we would like to mention. the private facilities, particularly the bathtub, were quite small compared to other 5, star hotels we've stayed at.

Staying in this hotel was a wonderful experience. As someone who values cleanliness, I was pleased to find the room supersuper clean and cozy. the modern facilities available such as the gym with new equipment and the excellent breakfast made my stay even better. The location was also very convenient, with a metro station right in front and a short taxi ride from popular areas such as the exhibition center and Coco Park shopping center.

The hotel's location is superb. It is conveniently located near a metro station and there are plenty of taxis around. It is also close to downtown and Coco Park shopping centre. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff is very helpful. the breakfast provided is excellent with a wide variety of options.

I had an enjoyable 2 nights stay at Asta. The room was clean and spacious, the food was awesome, and most importantly, the staff were very polite and helpful. Everything about the hotel was great. When I return to Shenzhen, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. I highly recommend Asta for your stay in Shenzhen.

This hotel is excellent for those in town for an exhibition as it is near the event venue and boasts a business center. It is also convenient for those wanting to shop as it is close to Coco Park shopping center. the location is also great for exploring downtown. the rooms are clean with comfortable furnishings and the breakfast offers a variety of dishes. Guests also have access to a gym, a Chinese restaurant, and a spa.

The hotel's staff struggled with English, which may be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was quite good, included in the rate. The hotel's location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of a popular shopping area and public transportation. the bed was comfortable and the recently remodeled room was very nice, making for an overall pleasant stay.

The hotel did have its downsides. The staff was too busy making the restaurant crowded and the service not as attentive as it could have been.
